Description

Deployment date: April 8.

The following wikis are using Reference Tooltips as a default gadget:

cs.wiki does have a local copy that needs updating
it.wiki (they use a {{sfn}}-like template) reuses the en.wiki gadget

We can deploy once:

T416304 is resolved and
We've communicated to the wikis.
Waiting for Cite translations for sub-referencing
