As part of the Article Guidance workflow (T414409), the "Ask for sources" step (T415484) encourages users to add sources upfront.
Currently, to introduce a source users need to paste a link and press enter. Especially on mobile, pressing enter on the virtual keyboard may not be a completely obvious way to proceed. Having an explicit button to add the source the user pasted may be helpful in this context.
