  • Tap profile > tap notifications
  • View notifications onboarding > enable notifications
  • Navigate to settings > push notifications

What happens?:
The push notifications toggle appears to off

What should have happened instead?:
The push notifications toggle should appear on

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Tested on 7.9.3 (6002) on iPhone and iPad
