Note that the prominent languages is renamed to missing languages entrypoint to be more specific.

The missing languages entrypoint can be tested on https://bd4346ecd8.catalyst.wmcloud.org

To test the feature, go to https://bd4346ecd8.catalyst.wmcloud.org/wiki/ManyLanguages, select a few translations and then go to https://bd4346ecd8.catalyst.wmcloud.org/wiki/FewLanguages and you should see the missing languages entrypoint.

You need to be logged in as the Patch Demo user.
