Description

Steps to reproduce

Log in. Go to app Settings > Article storage and syncing
Tap "Sync saved articles and lists" or "Show saved reading list" toggles

Expected results

Toggle state changes

Actual results

Toggle state is stuck on ON or OFF, depending on what it was when the screen was loaded

Also a minor UI bug: "Erase saved articles" and "Update synced reading lists" should not have the caret, because they do not push to another screen (pre-LG versions did not have a caret here).
