Background

Creating charts using the source mode for users that are not experienced with JSON formats can be confusing. We are adding the ability for users to enter the values into different fields and submit the form.

Goal

Add the ability to have a "Submit" button that submits the values to create a new chart. We can have dummy data if all fields are not ready when working on this task.

Acceptance criteria

• Add submit button that submits the new chart.
