Donor Portal: Dynamic link for 'restart your monthly/annual donation to prepopulate donation form with known gift details

Description

Currently, if a donor clicks the 'Restart' button on a lapsed or cancelled recurring gift (See attached.

), the donation form that opens has a single gift frequency selected, with no gift amount suggested.

We would like to pre-populate the donation form with the gift's frequency and previous gift amount preselected in the form.
