Description

Article Info is no longer displaying for ruWP. This tool is accessed via a page's history, the 'статистика правок' (edit statistics) button.

Details:

The error is not present on enWP. But it happens on ruWP, plWP, fiWP (T422206), svWP (T422206), zhWP (T422352) and probably some other Wikipedias.
On ruWP, it must be connected with ruwiki_p.imagelinks
Doesn't matter if the user is logged in or what browser they're using.
