Description

Once the privacy policy is added (see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T421455), we can enable the ReadingLists beta feature survey on the beta cluster.

This will enable the survey on Special:ReadingLists (implemented with QuickSurveys) which asks users for feedback on the ReadingLists beta feature.

$wgReadingListsEnableBetaQuickSurvey can be set to true for the beta cluster, and keep it set to false for production until we rollout the ReadingLists beta feature (bookmark button etc) there.
