The text of right-extendedconfirmed and right-templateeditor messages should be changed, since that rights are used for protection levels on several WMF wikis, and they should be in consistency before T230103 is completed. The clause "Edit restricted pages" doesn't give a proper clarification of the permission so it was changed on enwiki locally. The new text should be:

Edit protected pages ({{int:restriction-level-extendedconfirmed}})
Edit protected pages ({{int:restriction-level-templateeditor}})

So that Special:ListGroupRights will show the messages according to the wording of restriction-level-* messages:
Edit protected pages (extended confirmed protected) (extendedconfirmed)
Edit protected pages (template protected) (templateeditor)
