Description

Background

The Easter egg extension was set to be disabled April 6th, this task is about setting the following two config flags to false to disable to extension on-wiki:

wgWp25EasterEggsEnable
wmgUseWP25EasterEggs

This task does not include the work for decommissioning the extension.

Requirements

Acceptance criteria

Baby globe is no longer visible on-wiki
The baby globe configuration page is no longer available for wikis.
A task is created to decommission and archive the extension.
A task is created to remove the birthday related code from Vector and Minerva
