This issue is intermittent – after purging the page it seems to be gone.

What happens?:
An additional ToC is displayed in Vector 2022. Additionally, the edit section links are gone (invisible, actually).
This also seem to affect Vector, where edit buttons ("edytuj") appear bad (taken from https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prowincja_Khammouan ):
What should have happened instead?:
The additional (in-content) ToC shouldn't be there, and the edit section buttons should be links, and not broken Codex buttons.

This happens only for the cached version of page. Adding e.g. ?uselang=en to URL will not serve you this invalid content. Sometimes, only the additiononal ToC is displayed (with correct edit buttons). It seems that first purge fixes buttons and the second purge – the ToC.
