Needs to check the templates on the file page as most of the reasons are not in the structured data yet. If any of the templates on https://se.wikimedia.org/wiki/Projekt:CommonsDB_registry/Mallmappning#Mapping exists, use the Wikidata ID to submit to the registry for pdRationale. If none of them exists, just skip it.

Note: this is still not implemented to show in the registry.
