Let's update our hiring task to mitigate over-reliance on LLMs in candidate submissions. The older task is easily solvable with AI, so instead we'll break up the exercise into two parts.

1. At-home assignment (~2-3 hours). The candidate builds a log summariser following the brief in a README.md.
2. Pair programming session (30-45 minutes). We extend their submission together, letting the candidate talk through their choices with us.
