Preserve the intentional asymmetry between CTA shortcut and full CommunityConfiguration flow.
The shortcut gets the sysop from "I noticed something" to "I am looking at the exact staged change, ready to review" in one click, which is the friction-sensitive part of the workflow when a rendering problem, community concern, or promising candidate topic surfaces in the reader's view. The CommunityConfiguration save flow remains the point of record — it is where schema validation, title-collision detection, rationale capture, and audit logging all happen — so the CTA is fast without being dangerous. A sysop who clicks "opt in" or "remove" still has to look at the staged diff and confirm; the CTA only removes the navigation friction.
