Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Navigate to an article
Change the theme
View the buttons (toolbar, etc)

What happens?:
The buttons remain on the previous theme until the user exits the article

What should have happened instead?:
Buttons should change to the selected theme

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Tested on 8.0.0 (6025). Tested on iPhone 16 on iOS 26 and iPad Air 11inch (M3) on iPadOS 26
