Description

As part of the Article Guidance work (T396029), the "Ask for sources" step invites users to provide references up front.
Currently an error is shown when the user provides URLs that include non-ASCII characters, preventing them from being added.
The expected result would be for sources with Unicode characters to be added without the issue.

This issue was reported in this talk page message. I used some examples from the Internationalized domain name Wikipedia article:
