From a brief search it seems like I have access to IEEE Spectrum but when trying to search Xplore for, say "carbon fibre" I get no results and a message saying "Something went wrong in getting results, please try again later." Also when selecting "Books" or "Journals & Magazines" or anything for that matter from the Browse menu I get the same error.
