Add Author and Author_talk namespaces for the Urdu Wikisource. I imported all the content to it from the multilingual Wikisource's Category:Urdu in T415980: Import urwikisource from Old Wikisource, with the notable exception of pages in the Author namespace, because there is no Author namespace in urwikisource.
