Description

User Story

As a Wikipedia reader playing the game, I want to be able to access more information, so I can learn more about the game, and report any problems to developers.

Requirements

Add Overflow menu onto Splash screen, Gameplay screens, and results screens
"Learn more" that leads to MediaWiki page (TBA by PM)
"Problem with feature" leads to pre-filled email template
