On dewiki in some articles the links for section editing are incorrect.
Normally the links on each section should look like [ Bearbeiten | Quelltext bearbeiten ].
But on some articles the link „Quelltext bearbeiten“ (edit source) is missing and „Bearbeiten“ (edit) opens the source code editor rather than the visual editor.
This bug occurs only when using the Legacy Vector Skin.
In all other skins (Vector 2022, Monobook, Timeless) both links are visible as expected.
As said earlier, this bug only occurs on some pages – but also on newly created pages, so it can not be a cache issue, as some kind of consequence of T421629.
Unfortunately, I was not yet able to find any pattern for this.
Purging the page fixes the issue.
Also, when viewing the page with the legacy parser, both links are shown as expected.
