I'd like to request on behalf of the lbwiki community that the use of the ContentTranslation tool be limited to autoconfirmed users, as well as confirmed users.

I'll get T423102: [lbwiki] Set wgAutoConfirmCount to 10 sorted, but it will be worth rescheduling this patch for another deployment window (either later, or tomorrow) - thanks for your patience!

As of now, only (auto)confirmed users and admins can use ContentTranslation. Thank you.
