We received new hardware in T418905 (phab1006) and T418899 (phab2003).

The machines are now setup by dcops but sitting there with "insetup" role for our team.

phab2003 will replace phab2002 in T423727.

So this task is about setting up phab1006 with - something -, phab or other.
