Please, turn off completely patrolling (native wiki engine functionality) in ukwiki. Since 2012 ukwiki has FlaggedRevs reviewing (that called "patrolling" in community), but old patrolling was turned off not completely, it still exists in logs pertaining to the file namespace: Patrol log / Журнал патрулювання застарілою системою
ukwiki needs the patroller group to be removed from the config.

Additionally, other people are talking about FlaggedRevs and its "quality revisions" system that was to be abolished, retaining the basic functionality. But the main discussion was to get rid of the "old patrolling." So what's needed against ukwiki:
- remove the patroller group from $wgGroupPermissions, $wgAddGroups, and $wgRemoveGroups
- for bot, set autopatrol to false
- for sysop, set autopatrol & patrol to false so that these permissions won't be shown on Special:ListGroupRights
