• (Be part of a campaign tracking events on Wikidata)
• Start editing a statement but don't publish it yet
• Start editing a second statement
• Publish the first statement
• Publish the second statement

What happens?:
The first statement is not getting the pop-up about tracking it. Only the second one gets it.

What should have happened instead?:
Both statements should have got the pop-up asking if this edit belongs to the event.
