Requirements

User View

When a user selects the incident category "Other" and clicks Continue, the system must open a support page. The support page will contain the following sections:

• Info header
• "What to do next" section
• "How to request help" section
• "Can't find what you're looking for" section

For help on learning how to edit {{SITENAME}}, see our help pages, or ask the community for help."
