Description

Idea: Badges to recognize editor effort, which has default options and options for community configuration. Notifications to alert people when they are close to reaching a new level/new badge or instructions on how to get badge. Editors can opt out of system. Badges can be displayed on user pages. Badges can be tied to editing goals.
