This MediaWiki Train Deployment is scheduled for the week of Monday, May 18th:

How this works

  • Any serious bugs affecting wmf.3 should be added as subtasks beneath this one.
  • Any open subtask(s) block the train from moving forward. This means no further deployments until the blockers are resolved.
  • If something is serious enough to warrant a rollback then you should bring it to the attention of deployers on the #wikimedia-operations IRC channel.

@Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE I am the one running the train this week and will thus roll it during european morning (8 UTC / 10 CEST). Thank you for the notification and I am glad to see that is working on the Beta Cluster 🎉 .

We can sync up the verification when group 1 are promoted on Wednesday.

Editing still works on Test Wikidata, so I think the patch went fine. (I don’t intend to test this separately on Wikidata tomorrow – if it breaks, then I’d expect to see complaints from users, including ones who know how to find the train blockers task, before I get around to any testing anyway.)

T426960: Mediaviewer missing left/right arrows and X/Y counter is out of sync is a regression that I just noticed. Maybe caused by this week's train?

Looks like yes. That got handled and I am guessing it will be deployed.

Beside that I have looked at the logs, triaged a few logs and this week train looks all fine thankfully! I am declaring victory 🎉
