[Share Highlights] Update share card's background options

Description

Currently, radio buttons with labels let the user choose the share card's background.
The design spec expects unlabeled icons instead.

Acceptance criteria

switch from classic radio buttons to icon-based options
if there's an image, fill the average background option with the computed average color
remove labels
T423605: ShareHighlights - view options for Share card do not fit the screen <440px is fixed
