Description

Hypothesis: If we improve the PersonalDashboard extension codebase, we will reduce technical debt and enable another Wikimedia Foundation product team to create a dashboard and module defined from another extension.

This task tracks WE1.11.2, through which we aim to address technical debt accrued during development of the PersonalDashboard MVP and prepare the extension to be a platform for other product features aimed at providing a central and personalised venue for highlighting contribution opportunities.

In particular, this is preparatory work for T419358: [EPIC] Personal Dashboard + Homepage [FY26-27, Deepen Engagement 1.3].
