When the Wikinews projects are closed (T421796), the Incubator extension should be changed to remove the configuration for these projects.
Since April 1, editing Wikinews test wikis has been disallowed via MediaWiki:Titleblacklist.

Just to note, along with the Title blacklist, it’s now (also) restricted for administrators by AF (https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/36). Just curious what will be done from server side, making it completely non-edit/create/delete/moveable while keeping the current contents. Is that going under the same task?
