When attempting to translate a page on mobile that is not connected to Wikidata —most commonly recently created pages-, an error is thrown as soon as the user opens the VE to edit the proposed translation.
This causes Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getTitleForLanguage') errors in Logstash (T410363).
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a page that is not connected to Wikidata (example below) in "Pick a sentence" step
- Click to edit the proposed translation for a given segment (e.g. page title)
Expected result:
The VE opens normally, allowing the user to edit the translation.
Actual result:
An error is thrown immediately when opening the VisualEditor.
