Possibly a subset of the logs can be anonymized using the details of T424330 ... The code that was used to anonymize the query logs is available at https://github.com/Wikidata/QueryAnalysis/ and has been updated to current versions of languages, etc. (https://github.com/lindsayerickson/QueryAnalysis/).
