Description

In order to support query validation and comparison across different backends, the collected queries must be rewritten to standard SPARQL 1.1.

The team may approve (very selective) vendor-specific extensions to SPARQL as documented exceptions.

This ticket will implement the rewrite details defined in T424306.

"Stalled" pending completion of T424306.

The queries will be used in the parent/comparison task, T422097.

AC:

Random sample of 30-50 SPARQL queries evaluated for compliance with the rewrite details
Store of updated SPARQL queries available for testing
