Adding Mac modifier keys to Visual Editor selenium tests

Description

The Visual Editor selenium tests have linux modifier keys which are necessary in CI and for running locally on Linux systems, but to run the tests locally from a MacOS system, we need to make the modifier key flexible to accommodate both cases.
