exporttranslations was introduced in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Translate/+/1224552 (already in January) and https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Translate/+/1217861 (also in January).
Change #1278423 had a related patch set uploaded (by Jon Harald Søby; author: Jon Harald Søby):
[mediawiki/extensions/Translate@master] Don't load ext.translate.special.languagestats as style module
I think the patch I added above should fix the issue, but since I don't know how to reproduce the symptoms locally, I don't know whether it will actually fix the issue.
Change #1278423 merged by jenkins-bot:
[mediawiki/extensions/Translate@master] Don't load general modules as style modules
Change #1279078 had a related patch set uploaded (by Abijeet Patro; author: Jon Harald Søby):
[mediawiki/extensions/Translate@wmf/1.46.0-wmf.24] Don't load general modules as style modules
Change #1279078 abandoned by Abijeet Patro:
[mediawiki/extensions/Translate@wmf/1.46.0-wmf.24] Don't load general modules as style modules
Reason:
cherrypicking to wmf26 instead.

By and large, anything we can do to reduce noise in the production logs marked as "errors" is good hygiene, both for day-to-day troubleshooting and for incident response.
Without the context that these ResourceLoader errors aren't actually impacting users (I actually do not know if they do, nor how), an incident responder could quite easily end up on a wild goose chase looking at an anomaly not relevant to whatever they are working on.
It would be super great if we could consider our options here, for example logging them at a lower severity (if that is possible)
