Description

What is the problem?

On mobile VisualEditor, after you dismiss or timeout the challenge the back button is ⧼ooui-dialog-process-back⧽.

Steps to reproduce problem

https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
Switch to mobile view
Open edit page
Make an edit which triggers hCaptcha challenge (e.g. enter "showcaptcha" in edit summary)
When the hCaptcha challenge appears, dismiss it

Can also reproduce this on desktop VisualEditor on my local dev wiki:

I had been assuming this was local dev environment weirdness (some messages on my local wiki don't exist sometimes on page load if they are newly added), but as it's on prod this is definitely an issue

This looks like a bug with oojs-ui-windows module. The fix should be as simple as defining the message in that module
