As a user of the Wikibase explorer, I want to search for Wikibases via full-text search to filter relevant information quickly .

Align style to Figma prototype
Add full-text search on top of the list (no fuzzy search, simple search suffices) - search by name, description, category
Reflect the number of search results below the search bar
