@MarkTraceur: Isn't this tracking bug mostly covered by Technical-Debt or is there really a need (and commitment!) to mark tasks as dependencies here? I see only four dep tasks listed here and I'm sure there are dozens more in Phabricator.

@Aklapper not really sure; I don't recall when or why I created this bug.
