Duplicate email type added
While checking for this two issue:

should check why

Ha, I think this is caused by backfill maybe, checking since not all having this issue like https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=8983235
Oh yes, we didn't check if there was an existing email of that type on the contact. Let's do a clean up after we do the next step for Billing and Main type emails.
We should use the logic in deduper Email::Clean so we preserve any data we might want to keep like snoozes and such.

@AMJohnson These have been cleaned up (fully this time). I'll do a quick check in a week to make sure we aren't creating any more, but this should be resolved.
