As part of the work on Article Guidance (T396029) a workflow is proposed to help editors create a new article. Once the user has published the article, an invite is shown to encourage the user to improve the article (T420454). The main action takes the user to Visual Editor in "Suggestion" mode.

Currently, the main action is labelled as "Improve article", this can be ambiguous since (a) there is no guarantee that there will be suggestions, and (b) it is not clear whether the system or the user is intended to improve it.

This ticket proposes to use a label along the lines of "Continue working on the article" instead.
