• Findings

(1) A user enters an existing username, ignores the error message, and proceeds to fill out all required fields. Submits the form, then the second error message will be displayed. The second won't go away - not when a user fills in the correct (a non-taken) user name, not when a page is reload.

(2) The grey info message is present on current prod wikis wmf.1 - on mobile it pushes "Create your account" button out of the viewport.

(3) the explanation to motivate to add an email might be confusing.
