T421328#11760276 updated the "Add a link" card within Suggestion Mode to include both the 1) plain text word/phrase the suggestion is "asking" you to considering linking and 2) the article to which the suggestion is asking said link be made.
This task involves the work of working out why the above is showing up on some "Suggested link" cards and not others:
