Summary

As the first step in enabling more edits to be reviewed, we should show allow users to pop open a list containing more edits, bringing the two experiences in closer alignment.

Desktop: Currently shows a list of 5 edits, with no way to view more.
Mobile: Currently shows a very brief and uninformative one-line summary of a single edit to motivate people to engage with Review Changes.

Desktop

We should display two edits, and half of another.

Mobile

We should display one edit, and half of another.

Acceptance criteria

On desktop only 2 and a half edits are displayed, on mobile only one and a half edits are displayed.
All edits being displayed should be individually selectable to open diffs.
The half edit fades out of view at the bottom of the module.
A "Show more" button has been added, which opens a modal when selected.
The modal contains a scrollable list, which populates initially with 10 edits.

Mockup from Lu. Flexible based on what's most feasible, technically.

The 'Show More' button here can be ignored - this is future work (T426182), as are the flags on individual edits.
