Description

Background

At the moment, the Toasts appearing while editing appear at the bottom. This causes the following:

They block from advancing to next suggestion (T425597)
They obscures the "View more suggestions" button when tapping a Edit full page
They keyboard appears over the Toast in case the user is typing

Proposed solution

Display the Toasts on top (below the edit toolbar).

Add here the questions to be answered in order to design and implement the component
