"Report a problem" -- opens a form pointing and sending feedback to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/VisualEditor/Suggestion_Mode/Feedback -- should send feedback to https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_talk:Editcheck-config.json for ruwiki. In future, when many wikis create their own configs, it also might make sense to make it default for all wikis.

Also maybe we can make it different for TextMatch and non-TextMatch edit checks -- the second ones should point to the MediaWiki page, while the first ones should point to the configuration's talk page.

We will need to override suggestionFeedbackAPIURL and suggestionFeedbackTitle in config - currently these values are not taken from i18n.
