Total number of recent changes
Total number of Wikidata recent changes - Ideally, daily totals so we can see the impact of changes quickly. (Currently it's a rolling monthly total). Hourly is also good, but not necessary.
(Stretch goal - search strings for e.g. 'created' in respective languages - see T428075)
