• Have an account which is not blocked, does not have the IP block exempt right, and is a mentor.
• Access Wikipedia through a blocked IP.
• View your mentor status.

What happens?:

This says that your mentees are temporarily reassigned. However, since IP blocks only affect a user's getBlock when checked as part of a request made by that same user, this has no effect for anyone but you, and your mentees are not reassigned.

What should have happened instead?:
You should be shown a message that correctly describes what has happened.
