This task is incoherent:

• pswiki doesn't have a draft namespace.
• Namespace names always follow the site language rather than the user language. For example https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Foo?uselang=es says "Template:Foo" not "Plantilla:Foo"
• Hence, the idea of translating the draft and draft talk namespaces into Pashto doesn't make sense.
• "Project" as a namespace name can't be translated as it's not a string you use in any context; each wiki instead sets its own https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgMetaNamespace during installation.
• Ditto for "Project talk"; it's translated as a placeholder using the project namespace, and already translated into Pashto:

	NS_PROJECT_TALK     => 'د_$1_خبرې_اترې',

• Topic: could in theory be translated but I don't see the value given that StructuredDiscussions is basically dead now.
• Namespace aliases aren't translated, instead each site decides for itself what aliases to use, which could be in either English or the native language.
• Rename ځﺎﻧګړی to ځانګړی - the first one of these is a namespace alias for the special namespace, not the primary name for special (which is "ځانگړی"). Again, there's nothing to rename, and namespace aliases generally aren't deleted for backward compatibility.
