Description

Wikibugs is no longer in at least the following IRC channels, FWICS, having quit at ~23:58 UTC 2026-05-15 (logs from #wikimedia-dev):

  • #wikimedia-dev
  • #wikimedia-sre-foundations
  • #wikimedia-traffic (since rejoined)
  • #wikimedia-operations

Maybe somewhat interestingly, wikibugs also quit some other channels, but then seems to have rejoined them later on? e.g. wikibugs quit #wikimedia-releng, but seems to have rejoined that channel at ~01:12 UTC 2026-05-16 (#wikimedia-releng logs).

At speculation, maybe an occurrence of T410540: Wikibugs does not rejoin channels automatically following a BNC restart?

Probably was a T410540: Wikibugs does not rejoin channels automatically following a BNC restart recurrence.
